Royal Stone Warranty, how to proceed

ROYAL STONE gives your products a 15 year warranty for domestic applications.

To activate the guarantee, you must complete and submit the respective guarantee document.

To activate the warranty you must:

- download the warranty document from the link below (1),

- print the document,

- read and acknowledge the terms and conditions of the guarantee,

- fill in the required fields,

- scan the document to the PDF format,

- submit the document through the form that you can access through the link below (2).

- you will receive a proof of shipment which you must keep together with the guarantee document.
